咏春：叶问 怀着对叶问的崇拜，以及李小龙的喜爱，来到佛山，人虽多，但内心欢喜。 叶问（1893年10月1日-1972年12月1日），原名叶继问，祖籍广东南海县桑园，咏春拳宗师。七岁拜陈华顺为师学咏春，后随师兄吴仲素及梁赞长子梁璧深造。 叶问一生经历坎坷，抗战时佛山沦陷，他拒绝为日军效力，后为生计开馆授徒。1949年赴香港定居，在港开设多个拳馆，将咏春拳发扬光大，门下弟子众多，如李小龙、梁挺等。 叶问的师爷： 梁赞（1826 - 1901），又名梁德荣，祖籍鹤山县古劳乡东便村，出生于佛山清正堂街，是晚清著名武术家，真正的一代宗师。 他出身杏林世家，少年时喜爱习武，18岁时得友人介绍，先后师从咏春拳术传人黄华宝及少林弟子梁二娣。在两位名师的栽培下，梁赞掌握了咏春拳和六点半棍的要领，在与各武林门派的比试中屡战屡胜，被誉为佛山“咏春拳王”。 梁赞约于1870年至1890年在赞生堂内收徒授拳，将其毕生所学重新整理，使咏春拳闻名于世。他主张“妙技不可不传，又不可妄传，品德纯良者方可传授”。其弟子众多，除其子梁璧外，得衣钵真传的有陈华顺（叶问师父）、陈桂、梁奇、雷汝济等。晚年他曾回鹤山古劳授徒，后在佛山病逝。梁赞被咏春门人推崇为一代祖师，其徒子徒孙将咏春拳传播至世界各地，使咏春拳成为国际流行最广、影响最大的拳种之一。 Wing Chun: YIp Man Filled with admiration for Ip Man and a love for Bruce Lee, I arrived in Foshan. Though crowded, my heart was filled with joy. YIp Man (October 1, 1893 – December 1, 1972), originally named Ip Kai-man, hailed from Sangyuan, Nanhai County, Guangdong. A Wing Chun grandmaster, he began training at seven under Chen Huashun and later refined his skills with senior disciple Wu Zhongsu and Liang Zan’s eldest son, Liang Bi. Ip Man’s life was marked by hardship. During the Japanese occupation of Foshan, he refused to serve the Japanese. To make a living, he opened a martial arts school. In 1949, he settled in Hong Kong, where he established multiple Wing Chun schools, spreading the art widely. His notable disciples include Bruce Lee and Leung Ting. YIp Man’s Grandmaster: Liang Zan Liang Zan (1826 – 1901), also known as Liang Derong, was born in Foshan’s Qingzheng Street, with ancestral roots in Gulou Village, Heshan County. A renowned martial artist of the late Qing Dynasty, he was a true grandmaster. Born into a family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, Liang Zan loved martial arts from a young age. At 18, through a friend’s introduction, he trained under Wing Chun master Huang Huabao and Shaolin disciple Liang Erdi. Under their guidance, he mastered Wing Chun and the Six-and-a-Half-Point Pole, earning the title “Wing Chun King of Foshan” after defeating numerous opponents from various martial arts schools. From around 1870 to 1890, Liang Zan taught Wing Chun at Zansheng Hall, refining and organizing his knowledge, making Wing Chun famous. He believed in passing down techniques only to those of pure character, stating, “Exquisite skills must not be withheld, yet they must not be taught carelessly; only those of upright character may receive them.” His disciples included his son Liang Bi, as well as Chen Huashun (Ip Man’s master), Chen Gui, Liang Qi, and Lei Ruji, among others. In his later years, he taught in Gulou, Heshan, before passing away in Foshan.
