Atlas Axis, the core governance design team of Sky (formerly MakerDAO), submitted a proposal on Wednesday that, if approved, would complete the protocol upgrade from MKR to SKY. The shift would make SKY the only governance token and support staking, unlocking USDS rewards for SKY holders.
