MoonPay acquires stablecoin infrastructure startup Iron for 9 figures
According to Foresight News, crypto payment giant MoonPay announced that it has acquired Iron, an API-focused stablecoin infrastructure startup, to expand its stablecoin payment market. The specific acquisition amount was not disclosed. According to The Block, citing people familiar with the matter, the acquisition is worth "9 figures", which means it is worth at least $100 million.
According to Foresight News, MoonPay acquired Helio for $175 million in January this year.
