Floki apologizes to the community for the "failure" of Simon's Cat pre-sale, will cancel the second pre-sale and airdrop tokens to Champion level users for free

BlockBeats reports that on August 23, Floki's official team apologized to the community on social media for the Simon's Cat pre-sale "fiasco".

Floki stated that they had caught some attackers trying to exploit loopholes and violate Launchpad rules. To resolve this issue, they revoked the purchase shares made by these wrongdoers during the initial pre-sale period (totaling $223,815.20), and then created a second pre-sale specifically catering to TokenFi Champion level users who were negatively affected by their actions. However, the attackers became more aggressive and tried again to use bots for purchasing in the second pre-sale. Therefore, officials believe that completely cancelling the pre-sale is fundamentally necessary.

Currently, Floki's core team has decided that Floki will pay $223,815.20 to Simon's Cat team and provide free services for every compliant user at Champion level when taking snapshots.
