BestinSlot.xyz: ord version 0.13.1 has a critical bug affecting Brc20 balances

BestinSlot stated that there is an error affecting BRC-20 balances in the latest released ord version 0.13.1, and it is recommended that all BRC-20 indexers continue to use version 0.9 of ord.More details about this specific error are as follows: Inscriptions with unrecognized even-numbered fields should have been unbound and should not have wallets and transfers associated with them. However, the latest released ord version (0.13.1) identifies these inscriptions as bound, so it registers as a valid BRC-20 function, which can easily break the balance. A fix has been submitted on GitHub, but a new version has not yet been released.
