Details are as follows:

How to claim:

Eligible VIP users can contact the VIP account manager or VIP customer service to apply.
Gifts will be distributed after manual review by the VIP account manager. The distribution process will take approximately five minutes.
After distribution, users can view the details on the VIP page or in the Coupons Center.

Promotion rules:

The promotion is effective from January 8, 2025. Users who either become a VIP for the first time or upgrade their VIP level after this date will receive the VIP upgrade gift.
Users who apply for a VIP upgrade gift from their VIP account manager or VIP customer service before January 8, 2025, will receive the gift based on the previous criteria.
Only official Bitget VIP users are eligible. Users who upgrade their VIP level by applying for a VIP trial pass are not eligible for the promotion.
VIP upgrade gifts can only be claimed once per level.
The VIP upgrade gift does not apply in scenarios where the user's official VIP level is downgraded.
VIP upgrade gifts of the same level that were distributed before January 8, 2025 will not be issued again.
Any cheating or violations will result in disqualification from the promotion.
