How to Change/Reset Fund Code for My Bitget Account?
Step 1: Access Security Settings
1. Tap on the Account Center Icon and tap on your profile section.
2. Select Security and tap on Fund Code.
Step 2: Change/Reset Your Fund Code
Scenario 1: If you would like to change or update your Fund Code.
1. Tap on [Change fund code].
2. Enter a new Fund Code of your choice.
3. Ensure the Fund Code meets these requirements:

8–32 characters.

Including at least one number, uppercase letter and special character.

Choose a secure code that you can remember but is difficult for others to guess.
4. Confirm the new Fund Code by entering it again and tap [Submit].
Scenario 2: If you have forgotten your Fund Code and wish to reset.
1. Tap on [Change fund code] and tap Forgot your fund code?
2. Enter a new Fund Code of your choice.
3. Ensure the Fund Code meets these requirements:

4. Confirm the Fund Code by entering it again and tap [Submit].
Step 3: Complete Verification
1. To change fund code, enter your current fund code, verification codes from your email, SMS, or Google Authenticator.
2. To reset the fund code, enter verification codes from your email, SMS, or Google Authenticator.
3. Tap [Confirm] to successfully change or reset the fund code.
Important: After changing or resting the fund code, withdrawals and P2P trading will be disabled for 24 hours to ensure asset security. Restrictions will lift automatically after this period.
