2024-05-10 08:0201532
1. Which cards can I use to buy crypto?
Currently, VISA and Mastercard are supported (both debit and credit cards).
2. Where can I view my purchase history?
Credit/Debit Card >
Transaction History.
You can also view your purchase history in
Fiat Orders.
3. I received a lower amount than expected. Is my purchase affected by factors other than transaction fees, such as exchange rates?
When
purchasing crypto via credit/debit card cards, note that in addition to fixed transaction fees, the exchange rate/price will also affect the final amount you receive. The card type may also affect the final amount due to the transaction fees of different
payment methods.
4. What should I do if my purchase fails? Where can I find information about failed transactions?
There are several possible reasons a purchase may fail:
- 3DS verification failure: Bitget initiates a 3DS verification process each time an order is placed. If the verification fails, the order will also fail. Confirm that you are making a purchase with a card in your name, or contact your bank for further assistance.
- Card issuer rejection: Orders may be rejected due to restrictions imposed by the card issuer. If the order fails, contact the card issuer or try again.
- Risk control: Orders may fail due to the platform's risk control measures or failure to meet the platform’s requirements. Contact customer service for more information.
5. What is the current single-order limit?
We support orders from ~15
USDT to ~6000 USDT. We will make adjustments as our business grows.
6. What should I do if I haven't received the coins after my payment was debited?
After placing an order, you'll see a "Successful" confirmation window. If you haven't received the purchased cryptocurrencies, contact our customer service, and we'll promptly process a refund for the original amount.
