Tembo, a subsidiary of VivoPower, receives strategic investment from Energi Holdings at a $200 million valuation
According to Jinse Finance, Nasdaq-listed XRP treasury company VivoPower International has announced that it has reached an agreement with Energi Holdings Limited, under which the latter will make a PIPE investment in its subsidiary Tembo at a valuation of $200 million. Upon completion of the transaction, Energi Holdings Limited will acquire a 51% stake in the company. The transaction is still subject to review by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
