Foresight News reports that the publicly listed company Metaplanet has posted its second quarter financial results: revenue reached 1.239 billion yen (8.4 million USD), up 41% quarter-on-quarter; gross profit was 816 million yen (5.5 million USD), up 38% quarter-on-quarter; operating profit was 17.4 billion yen (117.8 million USD), compared to -6.9 billion yen in the same period last year; net profit was 11.1 billion yen (75.1 million USD), compared to -5.0 billion yen in the same period last year; total assets stood at 238.2 billion yen (1.61 billion USD), up 333% quarter-on-quarter. Net assets were 201.0 billion yen (1.36 billion USD), up 299% quarter-on-quarter.
