OpenAI CEO Sam Altman stated that OpenAI has now made the image generation feature available to API users. This feature supports customization of output quality, speed, background, and format, and users can adjust content review sensitivity through the "moderation" parameter. Additionally, ChatGPT Plus users now have doubled rate limits on the o3 and o4-mini-high models.
