Pomerantz Law Firm Announces Class Action Lawsuit Against Digital Asset Marketplace Bakkt
The Pomerantz Law Firm has announced a class action lawsuit against the NYSE-listed digital asset marketplace Bakkt. This lawsuit concerns whether Bakkt and certain of its executives and/or directors engaged in securities fraud or other unlawful business practices. Reportedly, Bakkt previously revealed that Webull Pay would terminate its business agreement with the company as of June 14, 2025, and during the nine months ending September 30, 2024, as well as the entire year ending December 31, 2023, Webull accounted for 74% of Bakkt's crypto service revenue, and 98% of Bakkt's revenue came from crypto services.
