Uniswap founder Hayden Adams: Ethereum should stick to the L2 expansion route
Uniswap founder Hayden Adams recently posted on the X social platform expressing concerns about the current expansion strategy of Ethereum. Adams emphasized that Ethereum has invested more than 5 years in developing a horizontal expansion route based on L2, and should not waver in the "final sprint stage". He criticized the conflicting voices within the community, which on one hand claim to follow the "rollup central roadmap", but on the other hand insist on the viewpoint that "important functions must remain on L1". Adams stated: "I support the expansion and improvement of L1, the rollup central roadmap actually needs these improvements", but opposes frequent changes in strategic direction. Adams called on the community to "choose a path and work to reduce related risks", rather than "changing narratives and strategies every month". He also explicitly opposed the practice of "trying all methods", believing that this is worse than not choosing any method.
