The three major U.S. stock indices opened high and continued to rise, with the NASDAQ index increasing by 2%, Tesla (TSLA.O) surged nearly 10%; the S&P 500 index rose by 1.55%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased by 1.29%.
