Bitwise launches a Bitcoin and Gold mixed ETP in Europe

Asset management company Bitwise launched a new exchange-traded product (ETP) that tracks Bitcoin and gold on the pan-European exchanges in Paris and Amsterdam on March 6. This product, named Bitwise Diaman Bitcoin Gold ETP (BTCG), replicates the Diaman Bitcoin and Gold Index, which dynamically reallocates value between BTC and gold based on the risk-adjusted performance of Bitcoin, to take advantage of cyclical trends between risk preference and risk aversion behaviors in financial markets.
