Documents from the New York State Assembly show that New York State Assemblyman Vanel has proposed a bill numbered A06515, aimed at defining fraudulent activities such as virtual token fraud, illegal "pump and dump" schemes, private key fraud, and undisclosed virtual token equity fraud as criminal offenses. Once the bill is passed, it will clearly define various fraudulent behaviors in the cryptocurrency field and provide legal basis for combating unlawful activities in the blockchain industry. Currently this bill is still under consideration and there are no similar bills yet.
