Nexus announces the launch of Layer 1 blockchain, the testnet will open on February 19th

PANews reported on February 14th, according to Nexus's official announcement, Nexus has officially launched the Nexus Layer 1 blockchain, positioned as a supercomputer integrating global computing resources. The goal is to concentrate global computing power onto one chain and compress the entire internet into a single proof.

Nexus stated that this project is the next stage in the development of Nexus zkVM and Nexus Network, and will announce the architecture, roadmap, and technical details of Layer 1 in the coming weeks. At the same time, testing network Nexus Testnet II will open at 1:00 Singapore time on February 19th and continue until 8:00 on February 22nd for testing Layer 1 integration.
