U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis: If 1 million Bitcoins are allocated as strategic reserves, the U.S. debt may be reduced by half in the next 20 years

Cynthia Lummis, the proposer of the Bitcoin Reserve Strategy Act and chairman of the Senate Banking Committee on Digital Assets, said, "If we use 5% of the total amount of Bitcoin (about 1 million Bitcoins) to establish reserves, then US debt can be reduced by half in the next 20 years."
