NYSE Files SEC Petition to Convert Grayscale Litecoin Trust to Spot ETF
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a Form 19b-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert the Grayscale Litecoin Trust into a spot Litecoin ETF, according to a Solid Intel disclosure document.
The filing is part of a proposed rule change that is subject to SEC review and open for public comment. If approved, this will be the third major cryptocurrency spot ETF after the Bitcoin and Ether ETFs.
