On January 24th, Senator Cynthia Lummis, Chair of the Senate Banking Subcommittee on Digital Assets, posted on social media stating: "As we become aware of the severity and unfairness of Chokepoint 2.0's attack on digital assets, I will work closely with FDIC Vice Chairman Travis Hill to end this attack."
