BlackRock CEO Fink: Have discussed purchasing Bitcoin with some sovereign wealth funds
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink revealed that he has discussed purchasing Bitcoin with some sovereign wealth funds, but did not disclose the names of the relevant sovereign wealth fund companies.
Fink added that as the Federal Reserve's concern about a dollar crisis intensifies, inflation worries have sparked people's interest in Bitcoin. In recent years, governments around the world have increased spending and stimulus measures. Analysts believe that soaring U.S. inflation rates are forcing the Fed to raise interest rates at a historic pace, pushing up debt interest payments and exacerbating fears of a "death spiral". Federal Reserve officials are still working hard to deal with an imminent "stagflation nightmare" scenario.
