Trump MEME coin sucks blood from the crypto market, is DeFAI迎来 a good opportunity to buy the dip?
RUMP surged but you missed out? Let's look at it from a different angle, starting from the rise of DeFAI.
Author: jinglingcookies, monad xyz researcher
Compiler: zhouzhou, BlockBeats
Editor’s Note: This article introduces multiple DeFAI (Decentralized Finance and Artificial Intelligence integration) projects, focusing on how different AI agents simplify DeFi operations, execute trades, provide market analysis, and more. The author showcases the features, token utility, market performance, and potential of these projects in the decentralized finance space. DeFAI is still in its early stages and faces many challenges, such as a lack of strong value accumulation for tokens and intense competition. Finally, the author encourages developers in the AI and crypto fields to reach out and collaborate to advance technological development.
The following is the original content (reorganized for better readability):
If you've experienced the AI agent craze over the past month, you've surely heard the term "DeFAI" and seen many people pronounce it differently. But when prices surge, who cares about pronunciation?
The term DeFAI was coined by danielesesta (founder of HeyAnonai, more on that later), who launched Wonderland TIME during the DeFi summer of 2021. Simply put, DeFAI = DeFi + AI, meaning DeFi protocols combined with AI simplify the complex processes of using DeFi (so that even our grandmothers can use DeFi).
Yesterday, everyone was talking about TRUMP. If you don't know what this is, unfortunately, you probably ngmi. But the point is, yesterday's TRUMP craze led to countless other AI tokens crashing, as many people exited their AI positions to double down on TRUMP.
This presents a potential opportunity for us to enter at a more favorable price. This is also why I wrote this article, to introduce you to 50 DeFAI projects for you to pick the ones you believe will shape the future of DeFi—let's make DeFi great again (MDGA—yes, I know the name is bad).
Notes:
Most of these projects come from the DeFAI category on CoinGecko. Thanks to the excellent users for providing resources.
The displayed price changes are rounded to the nearest integer.
All data is taken from January 19 to 20, 2025.
