We Asked ChatGPT and Grok, If XRP Spot ETF is Approved, How High Could the Price Jump? The Answers Shocked Us
What do AI models think about the XRP price increase? How high could the altcoin's price go if the spot ETF is approved?
Ripple (XRP), which has now solidified its place as the world's third-largest cryptocurrency, has surpassed $3 for the first time since 2018 and is trading at $3.36 at the time of writing, heading towards an all-time high price record.
However, there are also some claims that XRP spot ETFs may receive approval this year. ETFs are generally highly sought after by institutional investors and investors who prefer to stay away from the complexity of buying cryptocurrencies, and can lead to increases in asset prices. However, let's add that approval may already be priced in and the expected increase is not guaranteed.
So what do large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) models ChatGPT and Grok think about the future of the XRP price?
Interestingly, both platforms are optimistic about the potential price rally if their spot XRP ETFs are approved.
- ChatGPT thinks that if an approval comes in 2025, the XRP price could climb to $7 to $10 within the year. On the other hand, in his long-term forecast, he predicted that the XRP price could be between $15-25 in 2030.
- When Grok was asked the same question, he pointed to a 2025 estimate of around $10. However, interestingly, Grok positioned his long-term estimate for 2030 as around $50.
