While the leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) started 2025 positively, where a bull rally is expected, CoinShares published its weekly cryptocurrency report and said that there was an inflow of $ 585 million in 2025.

Coinshares, which published its first report for 2025, stated that there will be an inflow of $44 billion in 2024, while 2025 is off to a good start with an inflow of $585 million so far.

“2024 resulted in record inflows of $44.2 billion globally, nearly 4 times the previous record set in 2021.

While Bitcoin dominated with $38 billion inflows in 2024, representing 29% of AuM, Ethereum made a resurgence in late 2024, bringing annual inflows to $4.8 billion.

Altcoins (excluding ETH) saw inflows of $813 million in 2024, representing only 18% of AuM.”

Noting that Ethereum is reviving in late 2024, Coinshares ETH stated that inflows in 2024 are 2.4 times the total inflows seen in 2021 and 60 times the inflows in 2023.

The report also noted that Ethereum has overtaken Solana (SOL), which saw $69 million in inflows, equivalent to just 4% of AuM.

XRP was seen to have an inflow of $438 million in 2024.

According to Coinshares data, while $585 million inflow was recorded in cryptocurrency investment products in the first 3 days of this year, there was a total net outflow of $75 million in the entire week, including the last two trading days of 2024.

He stated that when looking at regional fund inflows and outflows, the United States ranked first with $44.4 billion, which corresponds to 100% of the inflows.

While Switzerland saw inflows of $630 million and Brazil $234 million, Canada saw outflows of $707 million, Sweden $682 million and Germany $328 million.
