Bitget will officially begin swapping BWB for BGB. BWB tokens in user accounts will be automatically recovered in advance, and BGB tokens will be unlocked and distributed starting at 12:00 PM (UTC+8) on December 31.
The BGB distribution will follow a structured plan, where the locked BGB tokens will first be airdropped and then gradually unlocked. Please note the following:
1. Users will receive BGB tokens in their spot accounts before 12:00 PM (UTC+8) on December 31. The tokens will initially be locked.
2. Due to the high volume of data being processed, the unlocking and distribution of BGB tokens may take around 30 minutes. Slight time variations may occur for different users.
3. Users do not need to take any action during the entire swap process.
For more details about the specific swap plan, please refer to Bitget to support the merger and token swap of Bitget Wallet Token (BWB) and Bitget Token (BGB).
