According to Beniamin Mincu, co-founder of the foundation, “Growth Games represents an important acceleration milestone for MultiversX and the blockchain community. This $1,5 million initiative is a call to action for innovators and builders to create, accelerate and launch products that will make our lives better.”
Three Phases of the Program: Build, Accelerate and Launch
Growth Games are structured into three main categories to support projects at different stages of development.
- Build: With 50% of the total funding ($750), this pillar is aimed at new developers looking to join the MultiversX ecosystem. Projects in areas such as blockchain-integrated AI, DeFi, and infrastructure tools are particularly encouraged.
- Accelerate: This phase has US$250 for startups already active on the platform, with the aim of helping established projects reach new levels of expansion.
- launch: With $500K allocated, this pillar focuses on xLaunchpad-ready startups, connecting them directly with the EGLD community for successful public launches.
In addition to financial incentives, Growth Games participants will receive strategic support, expert mentoring and access to global partner networks.
Driving Innovation in Blockchain and AI
MultiversX has also been recognized for fostering innovation through hackathons and bootcamps around the world. For 2025, the foundation has already announced partnerships with Alibaba Cloud to expand events and collaborations in Asia, reinforcing its commitment to the global development of the sector.
The program is not just a financial investment, but an invitation for developers to help shape the future of decentralized technology. With the support of Growth Games, innovative solutions have the potential to transform the blockchain ecosystem and significantly increase cryptocurrency adoption.
