Analysis: DOT holders’ participation in Polkadot governance has gradually increased since the launch of OpenGov
the number of votes participated in governance by Polkadot tends to be high every month. When the governance activity is low, the proportion of DOT votes to the total supply is about 32.65%. When the governance activity is high, this proportion can reach up to 65.30%. Although this data is the total number of votes each month (including repeated use of DOT), rather than the unique number of DOTs participating each month, this data also reflects to some extent the increasing participation of DOT holders in governance since the launch of OpenGov.
