The top five in locked-in value are: Arbitrum One ($19.08 billion, down 7.66% in seven days); Base ($12.83 billion, down 9.07% in seven days); OP Mainnet ($7.1 billion, down 16.1% in seven days); Blast ($1.21 billion, down 17.6% in seven days); ZKsync Era ($1.06 billion, down 20.3% in seven days).
