Marathon Digital to heat 80,000 Finnish homes with heat from Bitcoin mining
On December 21st, American cryptocurrency mining company MaraHoldings (formerly Marathon Digital) announced that it has used the excess heat generated during Bitcoin mining to provide heating for 80,000 households in the Satakunta region of Finland.
