23pds, the Chief Information Security Officer of SlowMist, tweeted that Rostislav Panev, an Israeli national, has been allegedly working as a developer and coder for the LockBit ransomware group since around January 2022, and has received approximately $230,000 in cryptocurrency transfers as part of his work, according to charges filed by the US Department of Justice.
