Bloomberg ETF Analyst: US SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce hints that Ethereum ETF pledge may be approved
Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, shared an interview video of Hester Peirce, a commissioner of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, on the X platform. In the video, Hester Peirce stated, "In the past, most SEC commissioners did not want things to go smoothly, but now there has been a change to wanting things to go smoothly, which makes things much easier." Eric Balchunas suggested that Hester Peirce looked happy and smiled, implying that an Ethereum ETF may be approved because she said these products are "more useful" for investors.

Citizens will now be able to pay taxes, fees, tickets and permits entirely in crypto starting with BTC, ETH, USDC, and USDT. The city partnered with a bank that will receive crypto payments and convert them on the spot to U.S. dollars, allowing for the free flow of crypto in the entire economy.
