Musk's lawyer says SEC 'reopens' Neuralink investigation
the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is preparing to bring "multiple charges" against Musk and has restarted its investigation into Neuralink, a brain-machine interface company owned by Musk. Musk's lawyer, Alex Spiro, also pointed out in a letter to outgoing SEC Chairman Gary Gensler on December 12th that the commission has issued a settlement demand and Musk has been asked to accept monetary payment within 48 hours, or face multiple charges.
