SBF is writing his memoirs in prison
According to Forbes, SBF, a former cryptocurrency billionaire who is currently serving a 25-year sentence for fraud at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, has begun writing his memoir. Forbes has seen some of the chapters in advance, and perhaps because SBF has not fully adapted to his new reality, his writing style is like Jane Goodall describing the life of chimpanzees or Victorian ethnographers observing exotic cultures. "Most people become introverted," SBF writes, referring to other inmates. "They fight over a banana." Other chapters focus on more mundane things, like his efforts to get a pillow. "I lost my pillow tonight. So tonight I'm supporting my head with a towel and prison uniform. It's not working well and my neck hurts," he wrote.
