Mr. Livio Weng, Chief Operating Officer of HashKey Group and Chief Executive Officer of HashKey Exchange, formally submitted his resignation to the company a few months ago due to personal family reasons.

Mr. Livio Weng, Chief Operating Officer of HashKey Group and Chief Executive Officer of HashKey Exchange, officially submitted his resignation to the company a few months ago due to personal family reasons. After thorough communication with Mr. Weng, we have jointly developed a comprehensive transition plan and personnel arrangement. Mr. Weng will continue to serve until the end of this year to assist in completing all handover tasks.
In accordance with relevant requirements, the company has informed the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in advance about Mr. Weng's resignation and completed the replacement of relevant personnel at the exchange.
Under Mr. Weng's leadership and the joint efforts of the team, HashKey Exchange has grown to become the largest licensed virtual asset exchange in Hong Kong. We sincerely thank Mr. Weng for his outstanding contributions to HashKey Group and HashKey Exchange during his tenure. His professionalism and excellent leadership have played a crucial role in the company's growth and development. We wish Mr. Weng all the best in the future and look forward to his greater achievements in the new phase.
