Gravity announces a $5 million developer fund: Accelerating the construction of Gravity L1 blockchain ecosystem
On December 5th, according to official news, Gravity announced the launch of a $5 million developer funding program to support developers and innovators in creating high-performance applications based on the Gravity ecosystem. Whether it's key areas such as wallet systems, data analysis tools, stable coins and security plans or safety and bounty programs, developers can apply for financial support. The maximum amount that can be received is $200,000.
Successful projects will receive financial support, market promotion strategy assistance and access to more than 6,000 partners within the Galxe ecosystem among other resources. Application requirements include:
Projects specifically developed for Gravity
Projects that have already launched their main network
A clear development roadmap
Yesterday, Gravity released its Litepaper announcing that with parallel EVM at its core through the development of Grevm; it has become currently the fastest open-source parallel EVM execution system reducing L2 and L1 performance gap. In addition to this; Gravity modularized Aptos architecture integrating verified components like Quorum Store and AptosBFT consensus engine. By utilizing mature architecture of AptosBFT; Gravity avoided complexity and potential risks associated with starting from scratch.
