BIT Mining announces acquisition of Ethiopian mining data center for $14.28 million
BIT Mining, a bitcoin mining company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire a mining data center and 17,869 bitcoin mining machines in Ethiopia, for a total price of $14.28 million, including a cash payment of $2.265 million and the issuance of A-class common stock with a face value of $0.00005 per share (with a total value of $12.015 million).
