The main network of Sonic Labs has generated its first block and is expected to launch as scheduled in early December
According to reports, Sonic Labs has announced that its Layer 1 mainnet has generated its first block and will officially go live soon. The project has completed the S Token airdrop snapshot, with tokens $S exchangeable with Fantom's FTM at a 1:1 ratio. The goal of the Sonic mainnet is to process 10,000 transactions per second with a confirmation time of one second while introducing Ethereum bridging functionality to leverage its liquidity resources. The project is expected to launch as scheduled in early December.
