Insider: Trump's picks for Transportation Secretary include Uber executives, Fox News host
According to eight informed sources, Trump's transition team is considering a former Uber executive and three current or former Republican congressmen (one of whom is now a Fox News host) to lead the US Department of Transportation. Three sources said Emil Michael, a tech entrepreneur who is a donor to Trump and has social ties to Elon Musk, is the leading contender. Seven sources said other candidates include Missouri House Representative and Chairman of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Sam Graves, outgoing Louisiana Republican Representative Garret Graves, and former Wisconsin Representative Sean Duffy, who is now a Fox News host.
