WonderFi CEO Kidnapped and Held for Ransom in Toronto, Later Released Unharmed
The CEO of WonderFi, a publicly traded crypto holding company that owns one of Canada's largest crypto exchanges, was briefly held for ransom in Toronto by unknown attackers. However, he was released unharmed after the ransom was paid. In other news, Bitcoin has hit a new record high of $76K and ETFs have seen $620M in inflows. Additionally, the founder of 10x Research predicts that Bitcoin will reach $100K by December or January. Lastly, the crypto market cap has reached $2.5T following Donald Trump's victory in the US election.
