Analyst: Bitcoin maintains high-level fluctuations, anticipating market adjustments
According to analyst Duck Army on platform X, the daily chart of BTC displays a small bullish candlestick that resembles a doji star, with volume only half of the previous day, indicating a market condition of high-level consolidation. The MA30 on the daily chart continues to rise, and the MACD indicator above the zero line shows an increase in upward momentum. Despite the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision early this morning not having a significant impact on the market, Bitcoin's price still reached a new historical high.
Market participants express concern about a potential sharp drop in Bitcoin that could trigger a broader market adjustment. Typically, after a rapid rise, the market goes through an adjustment phase, which could be a price decline or high-level oscillation. Currently, Bitcoin is in a high-level oscillation adjustment phase, providing an opportunity for other cryptocurrencies to rise.
From a technical analysis perspective, Bitcoin may experience a minor retracement in the short term, but the overall upward trend on the weekly chart is still in its early stages. Currently, the daily resistance levels for Bitcoin are between $77,900 and $83,240, with support levels between $73,700 and $69,700. Hourly chart analysis shows that after a one-hour rebound, a 30-minute chart is showing a bearish divergence, indicating an upcoming price correction.
For short-term trading, it is recommended to go long at $74,230 and short at $76,400. Liquidation heat map data shows that there are substantial open short positions waiting to be liquidated in the $76,950 to $78,100 range, and in the $78,300 to $79,100 range; meanwhile, in the $75,450 to $74,700 range and the $74,450 to $70,900 range, there are substantial open long positions that may provide support or resistance to price movements.
