On October 31st, Base, an ethereum Layer 2 network, announced on the X platform that Proof of Failure is now live on Base's main website, marking a major milestone on Base's path to decentralization. With the introduction of this mechanism, anyone can monitor and challenge invalid withdrawals without a license, eliminating the need for third-party trust.
