On October 28th, after the US Department of Justice warned Elon Musk's American political action committee (PAC) that its $1 million lottery activity may violate federal election law, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner filed a lawsuit against Musk's PAC, demanding that it stop the $1 million lottery activity held for voters.
