Former SEC enforcement lawyer: Crypto industry participants try to cooperate with regulators, but find it difficult
Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on X, discussing former SEC prosecutor Ladan Stewart's experiences considering both sides of the struggle between the agency and the cryptocurrency industry: "When you stand on this side, you will find that some people really want to find a way to cooperate with regulatory agencies. I think this is unfortunate, as it hinders any efforts to achieve regulatory clarity or any efforts to allow us to build this industry."
