Evercore ISI sees two Fed rate cuts by year end

Evercore ISI stated that concerns in the market about the Fed cutting interest rates have been exaggerated. A rate cut in November is almost certain, and there is also a high probability of a cut in December. The Fed's goal is to maintain a strong labor market while controlling inflation.
