Stellar Ecosystem Now Implementing Blockaid Security Features
On October 17th, Blockaid, a blockchain security company, announced the integration of its advanced On-Chain Detection and Response (ODR) technology into the Stellar blockchain, starting with the Lobstr and Freighter wallet applications. The strategic partnership will bring real-time threat monitoring and rapid response capabilities to wallets, with further integrations planned.
In the first half of 2024 alone, Blockaid has signed agreements with a number of blockchain companies in the industry, including the Coinbase Wallet integration in March and partnerships with 1inch and Avalanche Core Wallet in June.
Stellar is a decentralized open-source blockchain platform for decentralized finance (DeFi), assets and payments. As of October 16, its main token, XLM, had a market capitalization of $2.8 billion.
