Fox reporter: SEC may have overlooked key October 16 date in Ripple case
On October 17th, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett reported that Ripple's chief legal advisor stated that October 16th was an important deadline for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Ripple case, and that the SEC may have ignored this deadline by not filing with Pacer. Eleanor Terrett has sought comments from the SEC and Ripple's chief legal officer.
Previously, Ripple's chief legal advisor Ashley Prosper stated that the SEC's deadline for disclosing its appeal reasons was October 16th.
