Boerse Stuttgart offers insured Ethereum staking on Bison
Boerse Stuttgart has introduced insured Ethereum staking through its Bison trading platform, providing users a way to earn passive income by staking Ethereum (CRYPTO:ETH).
The service allows participation with as little as 0.005 ETH and offers annual returns between 2% and 5%.
Currently available in Germany, it is expected to expand to other cryptocurrencies in the future.
The exchange group announced that the service is being launched in phases, in collaboration with German firms, including Munich Re, to provide insurance coverage against slashing, technical issues, and fraud.
According to Boerse Stuttgart, this feature responds to customer demand for staking options and supports the Ethereum network by allowing users to validate transactions.
The staking service is accessible via the Bison mobile app, designed to make staking Ethereum straightforward.
Boerse Stuttgart ensures funds are held securely through a BaFin-licensed entity.
With a user base spanning 72 countries and 840,000 active accounts, Bison offers a structured approach to Ethereum staking built on trusted partnerships.
Dr. Ulli Spankowski, CEO of Bison, said, “With the introduction of staking at Bison, our customers can now generate passive income from their cryptocurrencies through a secure solution developed with established German partners.”
Boerse Stuttgart plans to further expand the staking service to include other cryptocurrencies, aiming to offer users more options for earning returns on their assets through secure and insured staking.
At the time of writing, the Ethereum price was $2,446.23.
