With the launch of the HBO documentary that claims to reveal the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto just around the corner, a video has surfaced on X, claiming to be a section from the documentary.
In the video in question, we see Peter Todd, one of the early developers of Bitcoin, claiming that he is Satoshi Nakamoto. Whether the documentary generally agrees with Todd's view will become clear after its release.
The video in question has now been removed by X due to copyright claims, which could prove that the clip is actually from the documentary.
After the video surfaced, the prediction data on Polymarket turned upside down, and the “other” option stood out as the option with the highest probability at the time of writing, as Todd's name was not even among the possible candidates.
