Ether Mainnet Fees Hit Record Low After Dencun Upgrade, ETH Turns to Inflation
On 6 October, it was reported that Ether's mainnet fees hit an all-time low after the Dencun upgrade, according to IntoTheBlock. eip-4844 slashed L2 costs by a factor of 10, driving a record number of transactions.
However, ETH has moved from previous deflation to inflation due to a reduction in the amount of Ether destroyed.
