美国允许与俄罗斯金融系统关键参与者进行交易的许可证将于10月12日到期。这可能会让俄罗斯企业以人民币与中国进行贸易变得更加困难和昂贵。在西方制裁和俄罗斯去美元化努力之后，人民币目前是俄罗斯交易量最大的外币。中国银行担心违反美国制裁，俄罗斯央行也不愿提供更多人民币流动性。
进口商担心人民币短缺或中国银行完全拒绝俄罗斯支付。
许可证到期可能会中止人民币兑换并在莫斯科交易所开放头寸。这将进一步使俄中贸易变得更加复杂，已经面临延迟和更高成本。
